There is no pressure to share everything immediately — we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Therapy is a personal process, so the duration varies from person to person depending on your goals, concerns, and pace. Some individuals may benefit from short-term support, while others may choose longer-term therapy for deeper exploration and growth. Sessions are usually scheduled once a week, but the frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and comfort.

Yes, absolutely. A brief introductory conversation can help answer any initial questions you may have and help you feel more comfortable before beginning therapy.

Confidentiality is an important part of the therapeutic space. What you share during sessions remains private and is handled with care, professionalism, and respect, within ethical and legal limits.

Sessions are available both online and offline, depending on availability and preference. Each session typically lasts around 50–60 minutes.
+-What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, kindly inform at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be chargeable.

Therapy sessions are not designed for emergency or crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or immediate risk, please contact local emergency services or a nearby crisis support helpline.

Yes. Therapy sessions are offered for children, teenagers, young adults, and adults, based on their individual emotional and psychological needs.

Art therapy is a creative form of therapy that uses art-making as a tool for emotional expression, self-exploration, and healing. It may include activities like drawing, painting, journaling, or visual expression to help process emotions in a gentle and non-verbal way. No artistic skill or experience is needed.
