My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel comfortable being yourself.

Over the years, I've trained and worked through multiple internships at hospitals across Mumbai, shaping my understanding of diverse mental health needs.

Why I became a therapist

I’ve always been deeply curious about people: their stories, their emotions, and what shapes the way we think and feel. Over time, I realised how powerful it can be to simply have a space where you are truly heard and understood.

Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of that curiosity and care. For me, this work is about creating that space for others: a space where you can show up as you are, make sense of your experiences, and slowly build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
